Boai pipeline, Boyu Steel Pipe Company won the certificate of Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise

  On June 23,2022, Jinghai District people's Bureau organized a “Harmonious peer” working meeting for enterprises with harmonious labor relations and a certificate ceremony for enterprises with harmonious labor relations in the 2021 zone, to commend the advanced enterprises that have made outstanding achievements in the last year's harmonious labor relations creation activities, and to exchange experiences and practices of harmonious creation. The meeting was attended by officials from District People's social bureaus, county trade unions and enterprises in Jinghai District with 2021 harmonious labor relations. BOAI pipeline group affiliated companies and Boyu attended the meeting. 

  At the meeting, first by the representative of the harmonious enterprise to introduce work experience, on the protection of workers' rights and interests, corporate culture, staff growth and so on to share the experience of harmonious creation activities. Secondly, the leaders of the District People's Bureau praised and highly recognized the work of the award-winning enterprises in building harmonious labor relations, and awarded the Certificate of Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprises, boai Company and Boyu Company were awarded the certificate. Subsequently, the District People's and Social Bureau led the deployment of the 2022 harmonious enterprise work, requiring all enterprises to effectively protect the basic rights and interests of employees, pay attention to the construction of enterprise culture, and establish harmonious labor relations enterprises in an all-round way. 

  In its long-term development, the group has been thoroughly implementing the national trade union law, labor law, Labour Contract Law of the People's Republic of China law and other laws and regulations, give full play to the basic function of trade unions to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and in the coordination of labor relations in the“Bridge” role, to establish harmonious labor relations, promote the company's work in a comprehensive and harmonious.
